Fathers Day Dinner

We had Father's Day dinner on Saturday night at Pincer's Crab Shack. It was great and I highly recommend it for a good seafood meal. Be sure to order the french fries. They are fresh cut!!

Here we all are enjoying dinner at Pincers Crab Shack. The meal and atmosphere can't be beat.

Isaac attracted a lot of attention at Pincers Crab Shack. He got to sit right on the table and enjoyed every minute of the evening.

Isaac's Weekend Visit

Here is Isaac in his swing. This is his favorite place and pasttime. He will only sleep in his swing and will not sleep in his crib. The swing looks a little like those huge chairs that they sometimes sell at Pier One. Maybe Mom and Dad should think about investing in one of the large chairs when Isaac grows out of his swing. The only thing is, the chair doesn't move.

Isaac's Weekend Visit

Leelee is trying her darndest to calm Isaac down during a fussy period after his bottle. He really seemed to like being held in this crazy position. It put him to sleep!! Why----I don't know. Oh well, whatever works.

Isn't this a great picture of Grampa Jerry holding Isaac?

February 10th

Hey Paul!! How is it going? Are you still in New Orleans? Seems like you should be due back any time. The weather in Florida has been great!!! Take care.

Now here is an interesting picture. Sara Jared and Isaac came by on Sunday to pay us a visit. This was Isaac's first introduction to our home and to our cat Shelby. Shelby really surprised us. She just looked at Isaac and really wasn't that interested, at first. We thought she might be afraid or jealous, but that wasn't the case either. Instead, she began to show a friendly interest in Isaac. As I was holding him on the couch, she wanted to be a part of everything and came and sat down next to us. We were all very comfortable. In fact, I almost look like I'm in a meditative state in this picture. I guess that's how babies and cats make us feel.

Paul's Gift

Thank you Paul for the annual gift of Wild Copper River Sockeye Salmon from Alaska. We eat it every year and really enjoy it with Bagels and cream cheese. Keep it coming!!! Thanks also for the box from Jayne ( and Dad). I was very moved by the booklet from Saralynne's Bat Mitzvah. I have not looked at that for years. Did you happen to read the first page? It was so timely. If you did not read it I'll read it to you when you get back in town. Hope all is well in New Orleans.
Take care and be safe.
