The Weekend

Tonight ( Saturday) we are going to the Asolo Theatre to see a play called "Trying". It takes place in the late 40's/early 50's and is about a relationship between a difficult man who was the attorney general under FDR and his young assisstant from Canada. It looked interesting and has won some off broadway awards in New York. I'll let you know how it was. We are going out with our friends Pat and Mark and will try a new Italian restaurant called Etrusco, as well. I'll give you a restaurant review after we've tried it. It's been open for only 10 days and is located across from the Quay. The Quay, incidently will not be around much longer. A developer will be knocking it down and building condos and retail establishments.
